Photographed from our bedroom window at midnight yesterday – the candles in the lanterns almost burned out. So very pretty! Then at midday today, I combined my two salads, sliced up the leftover cooked meats [2 sausages and a burger] and drizzled a simple dressing** over the top. A delicious summer lunch
**A spoonful each of honey, mustard and natural yogurt – quick and easy! I do love using up leftovers creatively, don’t you?
